The Rehoboth Beach Museum is having an Ice Cream Social with a goodbye to The Royal Treat, a long-time institution, formerly on Wilmington Avenue in Rehoboth Beach. There will be an exhibit on the second floor of the Museum displaying artifacts from the Royal Treat.
