Elements of Energy in Art

Discover the wonders of kinetic power in art and nature! From the portfolio of Paul Daniel, a Baltimore-based artist and sculptor, children will observe wind-activated sculptures while learning about how different elements in nature can be harnessed as sources of renewable, sustainable energy. A guided tour with our education specialist will be followed by an art project where participants will create miniature wind-activated sculptures.  Three different art projects are planned and they will alternate through out the summer.

The Paul Daniel exhibit of sculptures will surround the lake at George H.P. Smith Memorial Park in Lewes. Join Krystian, our educational specialist, for a guided tour and art project which will last 1.5hrs on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. This program is limited to young people ages 7-10 and $5.00 person.
